Governance

The Mike Koedinger Foundation is governed according to the principles of integrity, transparency, accountability and independence. Its governance model is designed to ensure that the foundation remains fully aligned with its mission: Safeguarding Media Integrity and Strengthening Democratic Resilience.

At the heart of this structure is an independent Board of Directors, responsible for defining the strategic direction of the foundation, approving annual priorities and budgets, and ensuring that all activities remain consistent with the foundation’s public-interest purpose.

The Board guarantees that the foundation’s decisions are made free from political influence, commercial interests or partisan agendas.

The foundation’s governance framework aims to combine high professional standards with mission-driven leadership, ensuring that the foundation remains a credible actor in Luxembourg and Europe’s democratic ecosystem.
